New Year Exhibition in Shirokane - Saturday January 17 ~ Saturday February 14

ロンドンギャラリー【白金】より新春展覧会のご案内をさせていただきます。

お正月の雰囲気漂う「源氏物語図屏風」が皆様をお迎えいたします。

この屏風は六曲一双に計８話のお話が描かれています。

Happy New Year, and all the best for 2015! We are pleased to announce the opening of the first exhibition of the year at Shirokane, in which visitors will be welcomed by a pair of screens depicting eight scenes from The Tale of Genji, which has a festive New Year air about it.



また、着物を身にまとった女性たちが優美に描かれ目を引きます。

The kimono-clad women are gracefully depicted, and attract immediate attention.
